How do I log in?
Enter your email address on the login screen and tap "Log In". You will receive a one-time passcode (OTP) via email. Enter the 6-digit code to access your account.
I didn't receive my code
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it, tap "Resend" on the code entry screen to request a new code. Make sure you entered the correct email address.
How do I delete my account?
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please email admin@mevents.app from the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
I'm having trouble with an event
For questions about a specific event (schedule, sessions, access), please contact your event organiser directly. If you're unsure how to reach them, email us at admin@mevents.app and we'll help connect you.
I need to report a problem
If you're experiencing a technical issue, please email us at admin@mevents.app with a brief description of the problem, your device type, and the event you're attending. We'll investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.
