Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mevents Attendee Hub application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Mevents Attendee Hub is an event attendee platform that allows registered users to access event schedules, sessions, live streams, real-time chat, announcements, and other event-related content provided by event organisers.

User Accounts

To use the App, you must authenticate using your email address. A one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent to your email for each login. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each email address corresponds to a single user account. You may not share your account or OTP codes with others.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Use the App to harass, abuse, or threaten other users, including through the chat features.
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, its servers, or any associated systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the experience of other users.

Event Content

Event schedules, session content, speaker information, announcements, and other event-related materials are provided by event organisers. Mevents facilitates access to this content but is not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or quality.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and underlying technology are the property of Mevents. Event content is the property of the respective event organisers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content accessed through the App without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mevents makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mevents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to events, or disruption of service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users or the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
